I missed chest day yesterday due to work so the workout posted yesterday is the one im doing today. Leg day is moved to Wednesday. Will be posting daily calorie intake and breakdown soon. 5'11, 172, cutting.
when i cut, i dont have the energy to do leg days man. it's really tough. plus, my legs get too sore for cardio during cuts. good luck with your cut bro, will check back for progress. following/clicking :P

ReplyDeleteI agree with Joey, leg days make cardio hard and therefore cutting harder. Good luck with it though and keep us updated
